Sometimes I look back at everything that’s happened over the last year — the workshops, the garden events, the wellness programs, the Airbnb flips, the community nights, and even the spreadsheets — and I just take a breath.
Because none of this was overnight.
None of it was easy.
And yet, all of it was worth it.
This post isn’t just about one event or project. It’s about the thread that runs through all of them: a heart for restoration, for wholeness, and for building spaces — literal and spiritual — where people can exhale, feel safe, and begin to come back to themselves (and to God) again.
Blue Haze: Where Ideas Took Root
What started as a humble space for creativity and community has become a hub of learning, healing, and reconnection. We hosted garden tours, herbal medicine workshops, community potlucks, and hands-on wellness classes that offered more than just content — they offered presence.
Every workshop felt like a living prayer — from tincture-making and raw food demos to faith-infused wellness nights. People didn’t just attend. They opened up. They laughed. They healed.
Lovimco: Where Wellness Met the Word
Through Lovimco Holistic Wellness, I stepped more fully into what I’m called to do: walk with others on their healing journey. The Refresh Program launched from this space — a 4-week online experience designed to gently bring women back to balance, back to vitality, and back to the God who sustains.
It combined functional nutrition with faith-based reflection, and I poured every part of myself into it — the science, the soul, the stories, and the stillness.
Community on Every Level
Alongside the client work and courses, I planned festivals, supported church events, coordinated women’s ministry gatherings, and helped lead projects that felt way bigger than me — and yet, somehow, perfectly aligned with what I was made to do.
From “Planting Knowledge” (our sustainability festival) to “Follow the Star” (our walk-through Christmas event), I’ve been privileged to help build what I once only dreamed of attending. And it all came from saying yes — again and again — even when it was messy.
A Personal Word
This year stretched me. It made me face things I didn’t expect. Friendships shifted. Health wobbled. The single mum juggle was real. But through it all, I saw the hand of God — steady, faithful, creative.
And what’s more — I saw myself show up, again and again. Not perfectly, but wholeheartedly.
So… What’s Next?
I’m not done. Not even close.
More workshops are coming. More support for women. More events that restore wonder. A mobile charcuterie van (yes, really). A Kingdom Currency to shift how we value community. And a continued commitment to make all of it sustainable — for the land, the body, and the soul.
If you’ve been part of any of it — thank you. If you’re new here — welcome. And if you’re dreaming something up too? Don’t wait for perfect. Just begin. You’ll figure it out as you go.
Because I promise you — something beautiful is being built.
With love and grit,
Victoria Slyderink
