• Functional nutrition services offered through Lovimco are for educational and wellness purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

• Intake forms and questionnaires must be completed honestly and thoroughly.
• Booking a service implies informed consent to receive advice within the scope of our qualifications.

3. Program & Course Access

• Programs (such as The Refresh Program) are for personal use only. Content may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
• Access may be revoked if misuse, sharing, or plagiarism is detected.
• Digital programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Products

• All care is taken to describe and package products accurately (e.g. herbal teas, wellness kits), but we cannot guarantee individual results.
• You are responsible for checking ingredients and ensuring suitability for personal use.
• We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any wellness product or supplement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is currently available within Australia. Processing times and costs are detailed at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit.
• Lost or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of expected delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our wellness products and digital services, no refunds are given for:
  • Opened or used physical products
  • Change of mind
  • Digital programs once accessed

7. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• We accept payments through secure platforms such as Stripe, Afterpay, and PayPal.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiting your payment or incur a fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services.
