We currently ship Australia-wide via trusted courier and postal services. We do not ship internationally at this time.

- Orders are typically processed within 2β4 business days.
- Youβll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Standard shipping: 3β8 business days
- Regional areas may take longer depending on carrier and weather delays

2. Local Pickup (if applicable)
If local pickup is offered, you will be contacted with location and collection time options once your order is ready.
3. Digital Products & Programs
All ebooks, downloadable PDFs, and online courses are delivered instantly to your email inbox after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive access within 10 minutes.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Returns & Refunds
π₯ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at lovimcoholisticwellness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- Weβll assess the case and either replace the item or issue a refund
π Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:
- Herbal teas, remedies, or kits that have been opened or used
- Digital products already downloaded or accessed

- Returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
5. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived:
- Check your tracking number and local post office first
- Contact us at lovimcoholisticwellness@gmail.com and weβll assist in locating the item
Lovimco is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by Australia Post or other carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
